Headaches Not all
headaches are
migraines. Therefore, it is our primary goal to locate the
precise source of the headaches by taking into account all available
data.
Current treatments for headaches include:
Occipital nerve blocks
Trigger point muscle injections
Cervical medial branch blocks
Cervical facet injections
Neck and Arm When a patient states that they
have been suffering from neck pain and/or arm pain, what they are
describing are symptoms. It is our job to select the correct set
of diagnostic tools to determine the source of those symptoms.
Current treatments for Neck and Arm pain include:
Cervical transforaminal epidural injections
Cervical facet Injections
Cervical medial branch blocks
Trigger point muscle injections
Cervical provocation discography,
Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation
Spinal cord stimulation.
Upper Back Pain symptoms in this region of the body can be referred from other areas of the body, or they may be generated from a source within the upper back. It takes a careful approach to diagnosis to determine the correct source of the pain.
Current treatments for Upper Back pain include:
Thoracic chest wall facet injection
Thoracic medial branch block
Trigger point muscle injections
Intercostal nerve blocks,
Thoracic interlaminar epidural injections
Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation.
Low Back and Legs Not all back pain is created
equal. There are multiple potential treatable sources of back and
leg pain. Common examples would include pain arising from the
muscle, disc, or bony structures. As a pain physician, it is my
goal to efficiently sort through all the possible causes to determine
the correct, treatable source.
Current treatments for Low Back and Leg pain include:
Lumbar transforaminal epidural injections
Lumbar facet and leg injections
Lumbar medial branch blocks
Trigger point muscle injections
Caudal epidural injections
Lumbar provocation discography
Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation
Spinal cord stimulation.
PelvisPain symptoms in this region of the body can be referred from other areas of the body, or they may be generated from a source within the pelvis. It takes a careful approach to diagnosis to determine the correct source of the pain.
Current treatments for Pelvic pain include:
Sacroiliac injection
Intra-articular hip injections
Trochanteric bursa injections
Piriformis muscle injections.
